Second Meeting of Zumm-VATs for the Climate

The Creu Coberta and Gran Via Commercial Hub is organizing the Second Meeting of Zumm-VATs for the Climate, an environmental awareness and outreach event that will take place on June 13, 2026 at the Meeting Point Creu Coberta 26, in the Sants neighborhood.

The activity will feature Meteoclick, led by Jordi, a Catalan meteorological outreach project that disseminates information about weather, meteorological phenomena, and current climate issues through social media.

At 5:45 PM, the main talk will begin, dedicated to meteorology, sustainability, climate change, and the observation of the solar eclipse, an astronomical phenomenon that will generate great anticipation this summer.

Additionally, during the event, special glasses for safe observation of the August 12 solar eclipse will be available for purchase, offering attendees an opportunity to prepare to follow this astronomical event with full safety guarantees.

This initiative is part of the actions promoted by the Creu Coberta Commercial Hub to bring scientific knowledge, sustainability, and climate awareness closer to the public, fostering participation and debate on the major environmental challenges of the present and future.
